Family Law
It is an area of law where the family related issues and all the other issues based on the domestic relations are taken care of. All the cases which are dealt under the family law are done with the preceding based on the regulations of the Family Law Act which took birth in the Canadian province of Alberta on October 1st, 2005. This act played a very important and useful role which lead to the end of Domestic Relations Act and the Maintenance Order Act, and parts of Provincial Court Act and the Child in that province. The family law deals with the domestic relations which govern the different activities like the divorce, settlement of the property matters during the divorce, child support, child custody, adoption and many other important issues which play a major role in providing a safe ending at the time of divorce between the two individuals who are said to be legally married to each other. Divorce Law
Marriages are forms of mutual bonds signed under the law to start upon a legal relation by two individuals. The voluntary forms of signing a bond or agreement obeying the regulations in the law are said to be marriage matrimonies. The breaking up of these legal bonds due to disputes arising between the two married parties due to collision of ideas, collision of different mindsets between the two and many other reasons, is called a divorce. Two parties who married to each other taking divorce now reveals that they feel happy when they are apart than to live together. The divorce proceedings are to done under the judiciaries at the State level courts, which take the role of a spearhead in hearing and bringing a solution to such cases related to parties striving for the divorce. The act of divorce in many Western countries have become a regular act and the individuals after being divorced could marry another person by canceling the bond of matrimony with the earlier person. These divorce acts are governed by the judiciaries and the regulations of the divorce law vary from part of the world to the other as we move from one country to the other, as the laws of the divorce act are established according to the laws of that particular country which we consider the law in.

The Personal Injury and Tort Law are related to injuries and damages caused to an individual by another person or it might even be an animal, an accident, birth injury etc. Cases may be even filed up in instances where the labor working in the construction works of a building and getting injured at the time of construction. The personal injury law deals with the hearings of cases like the sexual abuse, where an individual is abused and harmed sexually and the punishments for such cases would be based on the extent of damage caused to the victim. In cases where a person destroys other’s property, the suffered person could file up a case for compensation on the property loss which he faced. But the compensation is done only if the damages caused are proved to be liable by the person who suffered the damage.
