Divorce Law

The termination or breaking up of relations between parties which were said to be in a legal relation called marriage is known as a divorce. The divorce between two parties should acquire the permission of the legal systems such as the judiciaries. It is the responsibility of the legal judicial courts to approve or sanction the divorce under their influence. Many issues arise at the time of divorce which would include the child custody, child support, spousal support and division of debt. All these issues are mandatory because the law is designed so as to manage a happy ending for the two parties for the divorce.

In the Western countries, the act of divorce would not reflect to marriages saying they are of no values or canceling the bond of matrimony between the two parties, but would cancel the married status between the two. They obey or follow the law of Monogamy, which states that each partners after the divorce could marry another. The divorce law change faces according to the culture and traditions followed in the particular states in which it is viewed or enacted. According to the research basis, the divorce rates have been gradually increasing such that they are equally balanced with the rate of marriages being registered. This is an offence which is to be seriously concentrated upon which could cause many disputes between individuals if neglected.
