In many instances of personal law, the injured person could file a case and demand for compensation in situations when another person injures him / her. The personal law also deals with cases of compensation following certain criteria and in cases of compensation, it is the duty of the person who caused the damage to repay or compensate the one to whom he caused damage or harm. The compensation depends on the nature of the damage caused that is the extent damage is to be calculated. If the extent of damage sustained could be proved liable, the judiciaries would see to that you will be compensated as early as possible.
The main aim of the Personal Injury and Tort Law is to apply the civil proceedings, to provide a solution and relief to the persons who suffer damage or were harmed by the unlawful acts performed by another individual. The person who has suffered the damage is called or known as the plaintiff and the person who caused the damage to the plaintiff by acting emotionally and unlawfully are known as the defendants or tort-feasors as they create the Tort (unlawful act).
